Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring an Event Host for part-time evening/night shifts at our Michigan location. You’ll create memorable experiences, coordinate event details, and ensure guests have exceptional service.

This role focuses on multitasking, guest engagement, and cross-team collaboration, with perks like free bowling and discounts on food, beverages, and events. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather event and staffing info before start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and staff on timing and requests.
• Suggest add-ons to pre-ordered packages (food, beverage, entertainment).
• Coordinate setup of tables/areas/supplies and service of food & beverages.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests by guiding names into the scoring system and explain safety precautions.
