Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Host to ensure guests are satisfied throughout the life-cycle of each event, coordinating with managers, chefs and service staff, and creating memorable experiences.

This part-time role requires 18+ with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service. Evening and night shifts with weekend availability are common, and perks include free bowling, arcade credit, and food & beverage discounts.

Responsibilities

• Gather essential info for events and staffing before start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding timing and requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to event packages.
• Coordinate setup of tables/areas and service of food and beverages.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist with programming names into the scoring system and explain safety precautions.
