Oak View Group seeks a Guest Services Representative for the Iowa Events Center. You will be the first point of contact for guests, answering calls, guiding inquiries, and directing visitors with professionalism. You’ll support multiple departments and maintain event knowledge to ensure accurate information and a welcoming experience.

The role is on-site and hourly, with benefits for part-time employees including a 401(k) plan and matching. Open until December 25, 2026.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls to the Iowa Events Center.
• Assist guests or clients with general questions.
• Assist with lost and found.
• Perform filing or other office-related work.
• Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients.
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers, providing courteous and professional service.
