Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and scan or collect tickets
• Conduct bag checks according to event procedures
• Direct guests to seats, entrances, exits, or event areas

• Answer questions and provide friendly customer service
• Help maintain orderly lines and guest flow
• Observe assigned area and promptly report concerns
• Follow venue rules, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
