BEST Crowd Management in Landover, MD is hiring a Guest Services Staff Member for Northwest Stadium. You will warmly welcome attendees, answer questions, and help direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.

This part-time role requires excellent communication, reliability, and a calm, courteous demeanor during events. You'll assist with event setup, monitor areas for cleanliness and policy compliance, and collaborate with staff to ensure safe, enjoyable experiences for all

Qualifications
