Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services team member for Madison events. You will warmly welcome attendees, assist with needs, and help ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience.

Key duties include guiding guests, answering questions, and supporting setup and crowd management. A high school diploma is required, some college is a plus, and availability for evenings and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event setup and signage placement.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness and adherence to policies.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff and vendors for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
