Legends Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks an Event Staff member for the Stockton Complex. You will greet and seat guests, verify tickets, and assist the public by providing general information.

You will direct groups in a friendly, professional manner, handle seating issues, and contribute to a positive guest experience during events. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong customer service and verbal skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work variable hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests.
• Verify ticket locations, event dates and times.
• Direct groups of people to seating locations and facilities.
• Provide general information to guests and assist with seating problems.
• Maintain a professional image and positive public relations.
• Assist and support Guest Relations Staff as needed.
