Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is assisting a premier customer event facility in Saint Peters, MO seeking a Facilities Technician to support maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems, ensuring safe, functional, and event-ready spaces.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, on-site event support, daily inspections, and documentation in the CMMS, with shift Mon-Fri 7am-4pm and pay at $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Valid licenses for HVAC, electrical, plumbing as required.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical equipment.
• Complete daily facility inspections and maintain logs and work orders in the CMMS.
• Support events with pre-event checks and on-site maintenance response.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Handle cosmetic repairs to keep spaces event-ready.
