Job summary

Club Fitness is seeking a Facility Technician in St. Peters, MO for a full-time role supporting repairs and maintenance across multiple clubs in the region. The position includes travel up to 25% and a day shift.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year degree (or higher), strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills, and 10+ years in building maintenance. A valid driver’s license is required; ESOP and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 Year Degree preferred.
• Trade school certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to predetermined locations within a region.
• Perform repairs from service calls adhering to protocols.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical components, plumbing, drywall patch & paint, and general building tasks.
• Complete daily reports and computer work for assigned tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate ladders as needed.
