Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a Maintenance Craftsman for Reliant Park in Houston, Texas. The role supports event times, performs skilled and semi-skilled tasks, and acts as a liaison with clients to ensure safety and compliance.

Under supervision, you will perform painting, plumbing, carpentry and related maintenance, use painting equipment, and adhere to safety and preventive maintenance programs while meeting deadlines and client needs.

Qualifications

• General painting, plumbing, carpentry, and building hardware maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to interpret maintenance references and safety rules.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance such as painting, patching, re-lamping, replacing ceiling tiles, and door hardware repair.
• Prepare surfaces for painting or refinishing.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
• Record work orders and reports in a timely manner.
• Work with clients and facilities staff to meet requirements.
