Job summary

Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is seeking an Operations Foreman to support events at the Berry Center. Responsibilities include setup and disassembly of event equipment, preventive maintenance, and cleaning duties.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, physical stamina for lifting, and the ability to work irregular hours. A valid Texas driver's license is preferred. Reliable attendance is critical.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with minimum notice.
• Ability for heavy lifting of approximately 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support events at the Berry Center as a member of the operations team.
• Perform event setup and disassembly tasks.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and facility repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Correct unsafe conditions and report them to management.
• Supervise part-time staff and contract labor.

Skills

Ability to read, write and follow instructions in English

Good physical condition and stamina

Ability to operate tools and equipment safely

Experience in general maintenance

Valid Texas driver's license

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent
