Job summary

CFISD Berry Center is seeking a Temporary Worker for the Berry Center in Cypress, Texas. The position is part-time and pays $15.50 per hour. Immediate start; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities include event setup, maintenance, and facility operations. HS diploma preferred but not required; high school students may apply. Training provided; TRS retirement considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Current high school students may be considered.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support Berry Center operations for events and daily operations.
• Set up, move, arrange, and dismantle event equipment.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and assist with repairs as directed.
• Assist with event conversions and inspections using checklists.
• Maintain facility spaces clean, organized and functional.
