Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking energetic, dependable Events Team Members to bring our sweetness to life at events across our communities. You will represent the brand, help with setup and transportation, and engage guests at on-site and off-site events.

Role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You should be comfortable both indoors and outdoors, able to travel to bakery locations, and flexible to work daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and follow directions when needed.
• Flexible to adjust schedule based on event needs.
• Available to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with clean driving record.
• Willing to drive to all five bakery locations and event sites when needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, transportation, and cleanup.
• Help transport cakes, products, displays, supplies, and other event materials.
• Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with product sampling, promotions, sales, and other event activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space.
• Work with the Director of Marketing, bakery leadership, and fellow Events Team Members.
• Travel to different bakery locations and off-site events as needed.
• Be comfortable indoors and outdoors across varied event environments.
