Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an energetic Event Staff member to deliver outstanding customer service and help plan memorable cake‑centered events. The role requires setup and management of event spaces and close teamwork with colleagues.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, handling sales at the point of service, and maintaining a positive, professional presence. You may lift up to 40 pounds, stand for hours, and adapt quickly to event conditions; flexible scheduling and advancement

Qualifications

• Friendly, welcoming personality with excellent guest interaction
• Ability to set up and manage event space (10x10) with tent, table, POS, and perishable products
• Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision
• Lead by example and maintain a positive, neutral attitude with coworkers and customers
• Ability to lift 30–40 pounds or more and stand for several hours
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability for on-the-fly event adjustments
• Track product inventory and assist with balancing books
• Demonstrated sales skills and the ability to build productive relationships
• Solid time management and clear communication for events

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at events.
• Organize and set up event spaces (tents, tables, POS) to meet quality standards.
• Engage with guests, process sales, and promote products.
• Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude during events.
• Lift up to 30–40 pounds and stand for multiple hours.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and adjust to changing conditions.
