Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking energetic Events Team Members to bring our bakery experience to life at events across the community. You’ll help with setup, transport, and selling samples while delivering friendly customer service at varied locations, indoors and outdoors.

Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and drive between multiple bakery sites and off-site events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and take direction when needed.
• Flexible and willing to adjust your schedule based on event needs.
• Available to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with clean driving record.
• Willing and able to drive to all five bakery locations and event sites when needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with being in photos and social media postings of events.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, transportation, and cleanup.
• Help transport cakes, products, displays, supplies, and other event materials.
• Interact with guests and customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with product sampling, promotions, sales, and other event activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, bakery leadership, and fellow Events Team Members.
• Travel to different bakery locations and off-site events as needed.
• Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and in a variety of event environments.
• Take initiative and help wherever needed to ensure a successful event.
