• Flexible and adaptable—events don’t stick to a 9–5 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to craft detailed event experiences.
• Lead banquet coordination with timely BEO creation and distribution.
• Drive revenue via upselling and proactive client communication.
• Monitor guestroom blocks and prevent attrition charges.
• Process payments from start to finish with accurate invoicing.
• Lead site tours and assist in event execution.
• Support Sales and Marketing with activities and revenue checks.
