La Vista Embassy Suites in La Vista, NE is hiring for a full-time events associate to set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms, keep spaces guest-ready, and transport supplies for events. You will also support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift.
• Attention to detail to ensure event perfection.
• Clear communication and teamwork with staff (including kitchen).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-first attitude for large events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and cleanliness standards.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day, including coffee breaks.
• Transport supplies and materials to the required locations.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Be the friendly face guests remember and proactively address needs.
