Delta Center is seeking Xperience Ambassadors to create safe, welcoming environments for guests and staff. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays, with a pay of $16.50 per hour.

You will work across ambassador roles such as screening, safety, ticket taking, and ushering, while upholding NBA/NHL standards and brand values. Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, maintaining safety, and delivering positive experiences.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to work in all areas and sections of the center, according to the needs of the event.
• Comfortable and willing to rotate through assignments, areas, and sections.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
• Ability to stay calm and de-escalate in an emergency or confrontational situation.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate optimally with guests and coworkers.
• Utilize a computer or device with internet access and remain proficient in its use for scheduling and communication purposes.
• Comfortable screening guests and employees entering the center.
• Ability to address guests and staff with an Xperience Management emphasis.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Access to reliable transportation and observe a 5:00pm call time for most events.

• Work in all ambassador positions including security screening, safety positions, ticket taking, ushers, etc.

• Make your presence felt in your area.
• Respond to and resolve concerns while upholding safety and customer service.
• Be patient and focus on customers' needs.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to supervisor or management.
• Create as many positive experiences as possible for guests and staff.
• Present a professional, polished appearance as an ambassador of our brand.
• Help create a safe inviting environment while following NBA and NHL standards.
• Know how to get help and where to find help for emergencies or issues.
• Own responsibility of a clean and safe work environment for employees and guests.
• Operate with emphasis on safety for employees, teams, and guests.
• Protect the reputation of the company.
• Exemplify Delta Center mission and values: transparent, all in, community obsessed, one team, and scrappy.
• Other duties as assigned.
