Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest division in Denver is hiring immediately for full-time Customer Ambassador positions at the Delta - 8700 Pena Boulevard, Concourse A, Denver, CO 80249. The role offers a stable schedule with mornings and weekends, and a fixed pay rate of $19.90 per hour.

You will greet guests, assist with samples and programs, and support marketing and wellness initiatives while delivering hospitality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage and customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer with hospitality and informs them about offerings.
• Interacts with guests to ensure a high level of guest experience.
• Assists in promotional and wellness programs for guests.
• Explains menu items accurately and supports buying decisions.
• Maintains attractive display foods and neat serving of items.
• Relays customer concerns to supervisors and supports team communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
