Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has openings for a Dishwasher at The Hampton Roads Convention Center, responsible for maintaining all small wares, utensils, kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and small wares storage areas in a clean and organized manor.

This role requires standing long hours, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work late hours, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Experience operating a commercial dish machine preferred.
• Basic food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Long periods of standing, walking and stairs navigation.
• Direct contact with guests, managers and employees.
• Work in a loud environment.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must work late hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Taking weekly inventory of chemicals.
• Water changes every 2-4 hours per shift.
• Training and developing staff in the absence of supervision.
• Descaling the dish machine monthly or as needed.
• Wash, sanitize, and store china, flatware, glassware, utensils and equipment per standards and regulations.
• Collect dirty small wares from all collection points and return to dish area.
• Organize clean small wares and return to storage areas.
• Maintain organized kitchen and storage areas.
• Clean and organize food prep areas daily across facilities.
• Provide backup to concessions during events as needed.
• Provide busing and cleanup support for F&B services as needed.
• Meet SAVOR uniform and appearance standards.
