Legends in Kansas City, MO is seeking an on-site Event Support Associate to assist with day-of duties as needed. The role reports to the Office Manager and will be called upon to support event operations and staff coordination.

You will help direct employees and temporary workers, manage uniforms, set up check-in areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed. A friendly demeanor and flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for long periods.

• Listen and follow directions from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with clocking in and out.
• Direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at event end.
• Set up and break down check-in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates follow safety protocols.
• Support other tasks as assigned.
