Job summary

Insignia Event Services, affiliated with the Arizona Cardinals, seeks an Employee Experience Coordinator for NFL Game Day & Concerts. This part-time, seasonal role reports to the Sr.

People Operations Coordinator and supports team member engagement during events. Responsibilities include providing snacks and beverages, distributing lunches, sharing Top Flight program information, and serving as a visible, supportive presence in parking lots on event days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying temperatures and noise.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Insignia team members during event days.
• Stock snacks/beverages and engagement materials for golf carts and stations.
• Distribute lunches, refreshments and recognition items to team members across parking lots.
• Share information about the Top Flight program and other engagement initiatives.
• Act as a visible, supportive presence across event areas and address questions as they arise.
• Organize lunches and materials for event-day distribution and return equipment after events.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and participation in employee programs.
