Proof of the Pudding, an award-winning catering company serving collegiate stadiums and major events, seeks a seasoned lead cook to manage daily culinary operations at Mississippi State University venues.

You will supervise kitchen staff, coordinate orders, help develop menus, and ensure timely service during breakfast and dinner shifts. This part-time, hourly role offers on-site meals and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading culinary operations in catering or high-volume settings.
• Experience in stadium or large venue environments preferred.
• Ability to develop menus and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations for event prep and game day events.
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders.
• Manage inventory and storage areas; check in and store orders.
• Develop menu items and game-day packages.
• Be an onsite supervisor during food service times.
• Ensure tasks meet recipe guidelines and timelines.
• Lead kitchen/pantry staff and train new employees.
