Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Coordinator Event MS to help deliver memorable experiences for Owners and guests by planning events, coordinating vendors, and guiding attendees through sales presentations.

You will support Sales & Marketing, ensure eligibility and quality standards, and help with general office tasks to keep campaigns running smoothly. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.

As a Coordinator Event MS, a typical day will include:

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for the event and corresponding sales/tours.

To Become a Coordinator Event MS:

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
