Job summary

Papa John's in Champaign, IL is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to help move products to stadiums and events, coordinate with staff and vendors, and manage on-site logistics. You will also support marketing activities and handle event-specific tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food & beverage setting. On-site teamwork and strong communication will be essential, with occasional heavy lifting and the opportunity

Responsibilities

• Move Papa John's products from stores to stadiums, theatres and other events in the area.
• Coordinate with event staff, vendors, upper management and team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including production and distribution of food.
• Support marketing efforts through event-related activities.
• Be capable of working alone or with a team depending on event.
• Some heavy lifting will be required.
