Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. in Michigan is hiring a Custodian Event Coordinator for DeWitt Public Schools. You will help set up, run and clean up events, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth operations during weekend activities.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliability, and the ability to lead and coordinate a small team. Schedule features Wed-Fri 3pm-11:30pm and weekend shifts totaling 16 hours, with pay at $20 per hour and occasional district travel.

Responsibilities

• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Set up, run, and clean up weekend events in the school district.
• You would schedule coverage for events across the district.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members.

What does this job look like:

We serve our customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned

Position Available in DeWitt Public Schools:

CUSTODIAN EVENT COORDINATOR

• Wednesday - Friday would be 3pm - 11:30 pm and Saturday/Sunday totaling 16 hours
  • Your weekend hours would vary based on events taking place.
• $20.00 per hour
• Must have a Driver's License
• Help set up, run and clean up events on the weekend in the district.
• You would schedule who is covering events for the weekend.
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude and get the job done
• Must be able to lead, train and motivate team members
• Must be willing to travel with in the school district to multiple buildings
