Job summary

GRBS Inc. is hiring for day shift custodian positions to support public school facilities in Michigan. You will cover between Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt with hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, plus one weekend per month.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and a strong customer-service focus. Paid mileage, travel time and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Must have valid auto insurance.
• Michigan-specific rule: background checks exclude theft, violence or drug-related records.

Responsibilities

• Execute the cleaning process using GRBS tools.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Maintain 360 communication with the team.
• Coverage between Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt.

This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates MUST have valid proof of Auto Insurance.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following day floating day sub custodian opportunities available. You would help with coverage between Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt.

• Hours are 6:00 am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute the clean building process
  • Finish the job with GRBS tools
  • Complete 360 communication
  • Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
  • Lead with integrity and humility

Pay Rate: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
