Job summary

Grand Rapids Building Services Inc seeks a Custodian Event Coordinator in DeWitt, MI. This role involves weekend event setup, execution, and cleanup within the DeWitt Public Schools district, with hours on Wednesday–Friday 3pm–11:30pm and weekend shifts totaling 16 hours. Must have a driver's license and reliable transport.

Pay is $20.00 per hour. You will lead, train and motivate the team, schedule event coverage, and travel between district buildings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.

• Willing to travel within the school district to multiple buildings.

Position Available in DeWitt Public Schools:

CUSTODIAN EVENT COORDINATOR

• Wednesday - Friday would be 3pm - 11:30 pm and Saturday/Sunday totaling 16 hours
  • Your weekend hours would vary based on events taking place.
• $20.00 per hour
• Must have a Driver's License
• Help set up, run and clean up events on the weekend in the district.
• You would schedule who is covering events for the weekend.
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude and get the job done
• Must be able to lead, train and motivate team members
• Must be willing to travel with in the school district to multiple buildings
