This is a full-time, fully onsite position, requiring candidates to work from our office during regular business hours while also supporting on-site events as needed. Because the nature of the event industry extends beyond a traditional workweek, candidates must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours during event season. Event-day responsibilities are an essential part of this role and may require hours beyond the standard 40-hour workweek.

The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. They have an eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and vendors.
