Job summary

Tokens& hosts high-signal technical events supporting engineers, founders and companies building the future. We run IRL AI hackathons in SF with partners like OpenAI, AWS, DeepMind, Anthropic, Cursor & more. You will own day-of event ops at our hackathons — logistics, managing volunteers, judging and keeping the event on schedule.

This is a paid part-time per-event gig. If it’s a good fit, we can work together regularly across many events in the Bay Area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage day-of logistics for hackathons in SF.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and judging panels.
• Strong time-management and on-site problem-solving.

We are looking for someone to help run IRL AI hackathons in SF with partners like OpenAI, AWS, DeepMind, Anthropic, Cursor & more. You will own day-of event ops at our hackathons — things like logistics, managing volunteers, judging & keeping the event on schedule.

This is a paid part-time/per- eventgig. If it’s a good fit, we can work together regularly across many events in the bay & beyond!
