NC State University’s NC State Dining is seeking an Event Coordinator to organize a variety of catered events on campus and ensure setup and execution run smoothly. You will coordinate staff, equipment and logistics, enter data into the EventMaster system, and ensure timely ordering of items.
Provide professional customer service and suggest creative setup ideas to enhance event experiences across campus. You will supervise events from small breaks to large plated meals, and work nights/weekends

NC State Dining operates 10 cafes, 3 food courts and 6 dining halls, 4 markets, 1 restaurant, vending, a nutritional counseling service, and a catering department. The department employs approximately 1000 temporary and student employees and approximately 190 permanent EHRA and SHRA employees.
