Job summary

St. Martin's Episcopal Church is seeking an organized, hospitality-minded Event Coordinator to bring church events to life.

You will guide staff and facility users through the event planning process and coordinate with teams across the campus to ensure non-ministry events run smoothly from first inquiry to final invoice. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1–3 years of experience in event planning or hospitality.

  • Coordinate across teams — Facilities, Café St. Martin's, Activity Center, Children's & Student Ministries, Pastoral Care, Communications, AV/IT, Security, and Membership.
  • Manage events using the eSpace event management software, including training new users.
  • Schedule vendors and contractors, prepare signage, and maintain event inventory.
  • Generate facility rental invoices and coordinate timely vendor payments with Finance.
  • Support funeral and wedding receptions as needed.
