Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Chicago. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception through completion. The ideal candidate has experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events including conferences, corporate gatherings, workshops, and internal functions
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setup
• Maintain budgets and ensure events stay within financial limits
• Manage timelines and event schedules
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
• Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand and messaging
• Track event performance and provide post-event reports and evaluations
