Job Responsibilities:
- Receive event requests through email and a shared task queue, acknowledge receipt, and identify the event owner, purpose, audience, and requested timing.
- Check request details against the event checklist, clarify missing information with the requester, and record confirmed requirements before coordination begins.
- Organize task owners, deadlines, dependencies, and progress updates using a Project management tool such as Asana, keeping each event plan current.
- Coordinate speaker availability, preparation sessions, and event invitations through a Scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar, checking conflicting commitments before confirmation.

- Send approved joining instructions and reminders, answer routine attendee questions, and refer requests outside established guidance to the event coordination team lead.
- Follow up with speakers and task owners on outstanding preparations, confirm presentation readiness, and flag missing inputs early enough for the lead to respond.
- Provide remote administrative support during online sessions by monitoring attendee messages, directing joining questions, and notifying the event owner about access difficulties.
- Track changes and unresolved issues through completion, **escalate timing conflicts to the team lead**, and confirm that assigned follow-up actions have owners.
- Close completed events with attendance summaries and outstanding actions; quality is judged by accuracy, turnaround, complete notes, and consistent follow-up through closure.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Familiarity with event checklists, speaker preparation, attendee communications, and the sequence of activities needed to support an online business event.
