arty Reflections in the Carolinas is seeking an energetic Inside Sales professional to drive walk-in, phone, and online inquiries into sales opportunities. You will assist clients from start to finish, helping them select event inventory and coordinating layouts using Social Tables CAD.

This non-exempt role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and willingness to learn, with seasonal hours and a showroom environment that values accuracy and prompt follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Inside sales experience and the ability to follow through with solutions.
• Flexibility to work additional/seasons-related hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in clients with general questions and orders.
• Answer phones and email inquiries promptly.
• Help clients with event inventory needs from start to finish.
• Transfer larger/complex questions to Account Executives.
• Develop event layouts using Social Tables CAD.
• Make outbound follow-up calls/emails for quotes and deliveries.
• Apply payments to customer orders and maintain showroom.
• Adhere to company policies and pricing structures.
• Handle office duties and assist with special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in clients with general questions and small or mid-sized orders.
• Answer phones, and email inquiries.
• Help clients with general questions.
• Assist client from start to finish with event inventory needs.
• Transfer clients with larger orders and more specific/complicated questions to Account Executives.
• Become proficient with Social Tables CAD program to create and modify event layouts.
• Make outbound phone calls/emails, to follow up with unsold customer inquiries/quotes and delivery confirmation.
• Apply payments to customer orders.
• Help maintain showroom.
• Adhere to company policies and pricing structures.
• Handle various office duties as necessary.
• Assist with other duties or projects as assigned.
