Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is seeking an Events Concierge to connect the Events Manager with on-site contacts for all meetings and events. The role requires detailed knowledge of facilities, group dynamics, and event details to ensure flawless service.

Ideal candidates will bring excellent communication and organizational abilities, prior catering or events experience, and the flexibility to work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Events Concierge at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is the liaison between the Events Manager and the on-site events/meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and organization skills. Previous catering or event experience strongly preferred.

Open schedule availability is required, mornings/days/nights, weekends and holidays. This position requires a considerable amount of walking and standing, we have over 60,000 sq ft of meeting space here at the Hyatt Regency Denver.

Qualifications for this position:

• Previous catering or events experience preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

The rate for this position is $23.00 / hour.
