Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail during events.
• Assign staff to locations and adjust coverage based on volume.
• Conduct pre-event briefings on menus, service standards, and roles.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
