Lead beverage staff, manage costs, and collaborate with culinary and events teams to ensure compliant, high-quality service. Long hours, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food service or beverage management.
• Experience in a large-scale venue or convention center.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
• Long hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities
