Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Concessions Supervisor at BENAROYA HALL. You will lead on-site concession operations across stands, kiosks, and portable venues during events; coordinate staffing, service flow, and issue resolution to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in concessions or food service, supervisory experience, and relevant alcohol-service certifications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with state-specific certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years of concessions, food service, or event-based operations experience required.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales per local/state regulations.
• Must hold a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification and comply with state training requirements.
• Food handler certification may be required based on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, and other locations.
• Assign staff to locations and adjust coverage based on volume.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings.
• Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Maintain safety and speed of service; lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Attend shifts on time and reliably.
• Other duties may vary by venue and client requirements.
