Qualifications

• Experience in concessions or food service is preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Must maintain a valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification may be required based on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and serve concession food and beverages per recipes, standards.
• Open/close concession locations including setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Operate basic concession equipment such as warmers, grills, fryers, or beverage dispensers.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned per venue and client needs.
