Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to read and comprehend all specified policies and procedures for safety, hazardous materials information, and University policies, procedures, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble supplies and materials.
• Set up service area and serve food as required.
• Set-up, prepare, serve, and maintain proper food, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverage sales and handling procedures.
• Hand wash and store pots, pans, and food service equipment and clean equipment, condiment areas, and work area, maintaining sanitation and safety.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of concession stand area.
• Disposing of materials properly.
• Perform cashier duties using computerized machinery and maintain records.
