Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Cashier at Gore Mountain to support high-volume, event-based concessions operations with fast, accurate, guest-focused transaction support. Work in concessions environments including traditional stands, grab-and-go, and autonomous retail concepts.

Responsibilities include handling cash and payments securely, stocking and cleaning, and ensuring timely shifts in a live-event setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to sell alcohol based on state and/or local regulations.
• Prior concessions, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) or TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) alcohol training or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required based on location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper handling and security of cash, payment devices, and transaction systems when applicable.
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and product rotation within concession areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations, kiosks, and autonomous store areas.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
