Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Concessions Worker at ORDA - GORE MOUNTAIN for high‑volume, event‑based concessions. You will prepare, stock, and serve food and beverages in concession locations, focusing on speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and teamwork during live events.

The role may be in permanent stands, kiosks, or portable sites, with varied formats such as grab‑and‑go or made‑to‑order items. Flexible shifts and a commitment to reliable service are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior concessions, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol‑service certification, and comply with all state‑specific alcohol training requirements.
• A Food Handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and serve concession food and beverage items according to established recipes, portion standards, and concessions procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing concession locations, including setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Operate basic food service equipment such as warmers, grills, fryers, or beverage dispensers as assigned.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
