Job summary

The Club Server at Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, deliver them to tables, and handle payments, ensuring a positive experience during events at Charlotte, NC venues.

This role requires excellent customer service, fluency in English, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior hotel/convention center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders to tables and handle payments.
• Monitor event progress and replenish food and beverages as needed.
• Assist with training of new and current banquet team members.
• Maintain professional attire, image and demeanor at all times.
• Attend required meetings and comply with policies.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
