Competenze

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in catering, banquet, or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety practices.
• Team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Unload and set up the kitchen or prep areas at the start of each event.
• Create visually appealing and well-organised food stations aligned with the event plan.
• Plate and present dishes with precision and high presentation standards.
• Work live action stations and engage with guests professionally.
• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• End the event by breaking down and cleaning prep areas, leaving the venue spotless.
