Job summary

Legends Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks an Environmental Services employee for the Long Beach Convention Center. This part-time role involves cleaning designated areas during events, using proper cleaning materials and following safety protocols.

Union membership is a condition of employment under Unite Here Local 11. Typical duties include receiving daily tasks, performing cleaning, maintaining MSDS-compliant procedures, and reporting equipment or supply

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years custodial or housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments from Supervisor/Manager and communicate duties to team.
• Perform cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure facility cleanliness.
• Utilize cleaning chemicals and materials per MSDS to maintain cleanliness.
• Complete all tasks during events or shifts and report needs to supervisor.
• Notify supervisor of equipment repair needs or low supplies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and facility dress code.
