This role provides hands-on leadership to Environmental Services staff, coordinating assignments, monitoring performance, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently during events and shifts. The position is responsible for upholding safety standards, operational procedures, and service expectations while fostering a productive and accountable team environment.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assists manager on directing Environmental Services workers by assigning duties to crewmembers, create daily assignment sheets and see that assignments are completed.Ensures all job assignments are completed during events or shifts. Utilizes chemicals and materials necessary for the upkeep of the facility in accordance with MSDS, and ensures Environmental Services workers are using chemicals and equipment in a safe manner.Inspects completed work for conformance to standards.Submits maintenance request orders for repairs and damages.Monitors employee compliance of facility rules, regulation policies and procedures, and safety requirements.Assists manager with department training, coaching, and counseling.Follows and ensures Environmental Services workers are following established safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment.Attends to and conforms to the policies established by Legends Global and the Environmental Services Department.Attends weekly staff meetings and monthly safety meetings as necessary.**Supervisory Responsibilities** Carries out supervisory responsibilities of employees in the Environmental Services Department in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assigning, and directing work for employees in the Environmental Services Department; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.**Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
