Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CCTV software is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Log incidents and radio communications with detailed information.
• Monitor CCTV during events to ensure safety and order.
• Maintain incident logs and coordinate with security, medical, and police.
• Prioritize radio calls by urgency and dispatch crews as needed.
• Record and report issues during pre-show meetings and events.
