Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code.
• Must be available to work event-based hours.
• Must complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service per requests and banquet order.
• Transport and deliver food and beverage with supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and event equipment as ordered.
• Replenish food and beverages during events.
• Maintain clean appearance of service areas during events.
• Pickup and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and store equipment after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
