Job summary

ARAMARK is looking for a Catering Supervisor in Philadelphia to oversee front-of-house daily execution of catered events, ensuring guest service, efficient operations, and adherence to company standards. You will supervise catering staff, coordinate setup and breakdown, and serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, excellent guest service skills, and a flexible schedule to work

Qualifications

1-year supervisory experience and excellent guest service skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
RAMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise catering staff before, during, and after events.
Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown for on-time execution.
Maintain food presentation, quality, and service standards.
Assign roles and provide coaching and feedback.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies; report needs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with culinary, operations, and planning teams for accurate execution.
Address guest concerns promptly while maintaining service quality.
Keep a clean, organized, professional work area.
